Yes, we offer our FREE quotes after our survey of your gutters is completed. We cannot quote without conducting our own survey. Our primary focus is gutters and their condition, their functionality and their cleanliness. An estimate can be given remotely but the true nature and extents of blockages needs to be identified prior to final costs being issued and any work being undertaken. The survey can save a Client money by identifying areas which do not require to be cleaned.

We cannot warrant for the condition of roofs or other structures during our work and expect any known defects to be made known to us prior to works for safety reasons. If our survey detects any obvious concerns, your roof may have to be repaired prior to any gutter cleaning commencing.

What do you do with the debris removed from the gutter?

Gutter debris is non-toxic and can be used as compost in your garden. The debris can also be removed by arrangement if necessary with a small additional cost for handling, transit and safe disposal. This will be transported in sealed plastic barrels to a safe municipal waste disposal faciliry or offered to other Clients for garden compost.

How do you know what's in my gutters?

Our 4K cameras are capable of reaching your gutters and effectively surveying the contents. We can show you the survey instantly both before and after the job. Our camera surveys look into the gutters but often cannot see the roof due to height restrictions. If a roof survey is requested, a cost would be quoted for a fully insured Drone Camera Survey.

Only this type of survey can accurately capture images of the condition of the roof for discussion with your chosen Roofing expert. No professional advice can be given by us in this respect as we do not undertake roofing repair services or warrant for the condition of the roof.
