Communication was prompt and clear from initial contact, through quotation and service, to completion and invoicing. James provided detailed camera footage of all gutters before and after cleaning, and the difference was night and day - his specialised vacuum equipment really does remove every trace of debris. All work was undertaken by James in person - not delegated - and performed efficiently, tidily, and unobtrusively. To top it all, James himself couldn't be nicer, with a relaxed and approachable demeanour. I particularly enjoyed reading his "match report" that accompanied the invoice - a welcome human touch to what might otherwise be just another sterile business transaction.
